    Meet Your Instructor

    Tamiika is a 500-hour internationally trained yoga instructor known for her holistic, inclusive teaching style. Combining scientific insight with spiritual depth, she empowers students to cultivate healing, self-mastery, and soul-deep transformation through yoga’s sacred principles.

    Day 1: Arrival & Grounding

    Settle into the retreat with a warm welcome, gentle restorative yoga, and a nourishing dinner. End your day with a calming sound bath meditation to relax and ground yourself.

    Day 2: Reflection & Renewal

    Start the day with sunrise meditation and an energizing yoga flow. Engage in workshops to reflect on past patterns and release old narratives. Enjoy nourishing meals, dynamic yoga and breath-work, and end the day with stories and connection by the bonfire.

    Day 3: Integration & Farewell

    Begin the morning with a silent walk and reflective yoga to embody your transformation. Share a final group breakfast, participate in a gratitude-filled closing circle, and take time to reflect before departure.
